Oven Temperature
350° F
Pan Size
15"x10"

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling:
1 package fudge brownie mix (13"x9" pan size)
1 egg
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Topping:
1 - 11-1/2 oz. package milk chocolate chips, melted
2 teaspoons of Crisco shortening
1/2 cup chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts
1/2 package Heath Chocolate Toffee Bits
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Press onto the bottom of a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Spread over hot crust. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes.

Microwave chocolate chips and shortening in bowl. Spread melted chocolate over filling; sprinkle with nuts and toffee bits. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
